Hofmeister was brought back to life by two friends with a passion for exceptional beer. They travelled to Bavaria to rediscover authentic brewing traditions and partnered with a fourth generation family brewery. Every Hofmeister beer is crafted according to the Bavarian Purity Law using only mineral water, Hallertau hops and malted barley. The slow brewing process includes cold fermentation for seven weeks which creates a smooth and balanced flavour. Hofmeister offers a crisp Helles lager and a rich Weisse wheat beer, both celebrated for their quality and taste. Independently owned and dedicated to excellence, Hofmeister has earned recognition from leading international beer awards.
