East of England Regional Loan Schemes (Debt)
Our East of England Regional Growth Loan Scheme, backed by the Department for Business and Trade, has been helping ambitious businesses since 2009. It was created to close the funding gap for SMEs in the region, giving companies with strong growth potential the support they need to thrive.
The scheme offers three types of loan, designed to fit different needs. Expansion Loans can run for up to five years and may include repayment holidays to ease cash flow. General Trade Finance Loans provide a revolving facility for working capital over three years, while Specific Contract Finance Loans are short-term solutions of up to twelve months for contract-related requirements.
Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, from eco-tech and energy storage to medical diagnostics, aerospace, food and drink, and e-commerce. Whatever your industry, the scheme offers accessible funding with flexible terms tailored to your growth plans.
