Midlands Engine Investment Fund
Between 2020 and 2024 we managed the £42million FSE Group Debt Finance Fund element of the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF), a £250million initiative operated by British Business Bank and supported by the European Regional Development Fund. In the almost four years of managing this fund we dealt with over 700 enquiries valued at £345million, working with many different organisations in the Midlands business support space to bring accessible finance to the region’s SMEs. We are now managing a buoyant and diverse Fund portfolio, continuing to work with our investee businesses to help them reach their full potential.
This fund is closed for new investments. Businesses based in the Midlands region can now access funding through Midlands Engine Investment Fund II.
