South West

Across the South West we manage a number of funds on behalf of the British Business Bank. Launched in 2018 we are the fund manager for the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Investment Fund (CIOSIF), a £40m fund providing debt and equity finance from £25,000 to £2 million to help growing small businesses across the region. This fund reaches the end of its investment period at the end of December.

Launched in July 2023, we are one of the fund managers for the South West Investment Fund (SWIF), providing loans from £100k - £2m and equity investments up to £5m to help a range of small and medium sized businesses to start up, scale up or stay ahead. The areas that we focus on are Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, Devon, Somerset and Dorset. Click on one of the links below for more information.
