Andrzej Bak

Andrzej is an Investment Associate in The FSE Group’s South East team, where he supports debt funding for growth-stage businesses across the region, alongside equity portfolio management. He previously co-directed a social enterprise delivering community construction projects internationally, spent almost six years in the project management of major design projects at Foster + Partners, and worked with an early-stage climate technology business on growth strategy. Andrzej holds an MBA from IESE Business School and is a UK-registered architect. He is always happy to discuss ambitious businesses’ growth plans and ways The FSE Group can support their journey.
