David Young

Dave is an Investment Manager with over 22 years of banking and growth funding experience. Before joining FSE in 2023, Dave spent over 16yrs undertaking business development, relationship management, credit analyst, and underwriting roles in the banking sector, before moving into the world of SME growth funding in 2019 via the Scottish Growth Scheme. Outside of work Dave is passionate about travelling, food & wine. When not travelling he can be found in his workshop surrounded by 3D printers, circuit boards, and wiring, where he designs and builds detailed scale models.
