Hannah Sprague
Investment Manager
Hannah is an Investment Manager for South West Investment Fund (Debt), working with founders across Cornwall and Devon to structure growth finance that unlocks scale and jobs. She joined FSE in 2025 after a decade at Barclays, where she most recently worked as a High Growth Relationship Manager and earlier as Ecosystem Manager for Eagle Labs in the South West, supporting innovators on their scale-up journey. Away from work, Hannah spends weekends walking and exploring the Cornish coastline with her dog, never missing the chance to finish a Sunday route with seriously good roast.
