Kala Desai

Kala joined FSE in 2019, where she heads the London debt funds. In a career spanning 30 years Kala has specialised in cashflow lending, supporting innovative, high-growth businesses with tailored debt solutions. Prior roles included Managing Director at RBS Global Banking & Markets and Associate Director at NatWest Markets. As an MD in leveraged finance she worked with a range of debt products, with specific responsibility for mezzanine as an asset class. Kala has also served as a member of various credit committees, evaluating and structuring financing opportunities across a wide range of sectors.
