He works across the business to support the responsible and practical adoption of AI, helping teams deliver clear improvements in efficiency and decision‑making. Luke leads staff training and enablement, ensuring AI is embedded safely and effectively through Microsoft 365 Copilot as part of everyday ways of working. When not at work, Luke enjoys coding, photography and running.
