He began his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland before moving to the Bank of Scotland and Virgin Money, where he built extensive expertise in business lending and relationship management. In recent years, Patrick has focused on delivering growth loan funds to Scottish businesses, initially through the Scottish Growth Scheme and now as part of the Investment Fund for Scotland. He is passionate about helping businesses across Scotland secure the capital they need to drive sustainable growth.
