Sam joined the FSE Board in 2022. She is an expert in transformations, having spent 30 years delivering programmes across Financial Services. Highly experienced in regulated entities and with a focus on risk she has delivered complex change for regulation, technology, people and process. Sam guided UK financial institutions through FCA enforcement actions and led turnaround efforts for two UK banks. She has also been instrumental in preparing institutions for IPO. Sam’s strength lies in driving transformational change, with a deep understanding of underlying architecture, governance, and control frameworks.
