Laurie Felker Jones

Laurie joined The FSE Group in 2026 as an Investment Manager for the South West, working with ambitious SMEs across the region through the British Business Bank’s South West Investment Fund.She is among the 8% of UK investors with hands-on experience as a founder and operator. Prior to FSE, she served as a Senior Advisor and Operating Partner to global funds and accelerators including Antler UK, Techstars, and Village Capital. She has worked with 800+ founders and helped mobilise $40mm+ in funding across asset classes. Her experience in the ring, complementing formal training at the London School of Economics and Oxford Saïd Business School, shapes how she approaches right-sizing deals and capital structures for multiple return scenarios, including ROI of purpose and profit. Outside of work, Laurie enjoys family life in the South West and is happiest in wild spaces.
